BOOKING
A deposit of $30 is required to book a service. It is non-refundable & non-transferable if cancelled 24 hours before your appointment. The deposit will go towards your service & the remaining balance will be due after the service. Remainder can be paid with cash, Zelle, Venmo. or credit card (3% processing fee).
CANCELLATIONS
I understand that sometimes life happens and adjustments are necessary. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations and changes to your service. For all appointments cancelled on the same day or with less than a 24 hour notice, 100% of the cost will be charged to the card on file with no exceptions.
NO CALL & NO SHOWS
If you do not show up on your time and date of the appointment, 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file. No refunds and no exceptions will be made. If the card does not go through, you will no longer have the option to book future services.
RUNNING LATE?
If you are running behind, please shoot me a courtesy text and let me know. All clients are given a 15 min grace period. After 15 mins will result in a cancelled appointment, unless time permits (if I do not have a client after you) & deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required when booking a new appointment.
REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds unless I am not personally satisfied with my work. If there is any problem with the results of the service, all clients are given 48 hours to notify me & I can fix it at no charge.
